Bridget Jarecki
FOUNDER
Bridget Jarecki is an experienced digital talent manager and influencer strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. She focuses primarily on relationship building and creative collaboration and believes that a healthy pairing of the two is what leads to the most successful partnerships.

Bridget began her career at renowned NYC-based agencies The Wall Group and Bryant Artists. She later developed two very successful influencer divisions where she represented, at each agency, digital talent with a combined following of 2M+.
Bridget has pitched, negotiated, and executed large social campaigns and ambassador programs with companies such as Savage X Fenty, UGG, Puma, Giorgio Armani, Bvlgari, Uniqlo, and Moncler. Bridget goes above and beyond for her talent and brand clients, providing intimate and purposeful guidance to creatives and companies across fashion, beauty, health + wellness, and travel categories. She’s an expert at working strategically to cast tastemakers that will truly influence audiences, and who will enthusiastically and authentically support a brand and its vision.
Page Elder

Page Elder is a multifaceted creative, born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. With a passion for all things visual and expressive, she thrives in music, art, modeling, content creation, and social media management—particularly for local businesses and the work she contributes to Bright Side.
As Talent Coordinator at Bright Side Management, Page supports a dynamic roster of talent and the internal team while also overseeing the company’s Instagram presence—a platform she both specializes in and genuinely enjoys managing.
Creativity has always been central to Page’s identity. Never one to fit into a single box, she finds inspiration in merging her various creative outlets into her professional path. Her role at Bright Side has not only strengthened her skills but also allowed her to collaborate with individuals she deeply admires. She feels incredibly grateful to be part of such a thoughtful, passionate team and to grow alongside the talent they champion every day.
Mia Burns
TALENT COORDINATOR
Mia Burns is originally from Upstate New York and now calls Cleveland, Ohio home. With a strong background in account management, she brings a detail-oriented and relationship-focused approach to her work in the entertainment and influencer marketing space.
As a Talent Coordinator at Bright Side Management, Mia works closely with a diverse roster of talent, helping to secure authentic and meaningful brand partnerships. She is passionate about aligning talent with opportunities that reflect their unique voice and brand.
Mia has played a key role in coordinating successful collaborations with brands such as Nuuly, NĂ©cessaire, and Blue Apron. Her ability to balance brand goals with talent authenticity has made her a trusted partner in every campaign she touches.
